Mr. Rotaro is certainly an IT expert. He always knew everything we needed him to know about computers, our network, and technological approaches to school management. When problems arose, he quickly diagnosed the issue at hand, and inevitably acted in a timely manner to allow us to accomplish what was needed. Mr. Rotaro was also a keen observer of the school’s information-management needs, and was proactive in suggesting and implementing new systems and procedures to improve our efficacy and efficiency.

As talented and professional as Mr. Rotaro is, he is also extremely humble. If ever unsure of how to proceed with a given technology issue, he quickly admitted as much. Of course, he would then do whatever research and checking that he needed to, and come back with informed, well thought-out suggestions on how to proceed. Mr. Rotaro enjoyed working with all members of the school community (administration, teachers, students, maintenance staff, office staff), and never seemed to feel any job was too simple or menial for his attention.

Mr. Rotaro is a delightful person with whom to work. He is 100% reliable, has a dry sense of humour, and a charming manner with everyone. His disarming nature made everyone around him feel comfortable and at ease
